Grace Bennett joined the agency as a literary agent in 2015, specializing in narrative nonfiction, literary fiction, and wellness authors. Prior to her role at Zenith Literary, she served as an editor at Penguin Random House, where she contributed to New York Times bestsellers, Oprah selections, and award-winning books. Grace holds a B.F.A. from Emerson College, with focuses in poetry and art history.

Grace’s interests span a wide array of subjects, including history, art, science, religion, nature, culinary arts, current affairs, gender studies, and cultural criticism. Her clients explore diverse topics such as epigenetics, archival biographies, and transformative art. In literary fiction, Grace is drawn to novels that push boundaries in form, language, and contemporary themes.

In 2012, Grace delved into wellness literature while collaborating with Deepak Chopra. Her editorial work at Penguin Random House included esteemed authors like Pope Francis, Joan Chittister, and Michael Singer. At Zenith Literary, she represents both prescriptive and narrative titles, ranging from spiritual memoirs to creativity handbooks and health guides. Grace has a particular fondness for “bedside table books” that offer enduring inspiration.

Beyond her literary endeavors, Grace has pursued various roles including bookselling, ghostwriting, freelancing, food blogging, and poetry. She resides in Brooklyn, NY, surrounded by her husband and a vast collection of books.
